Gender communication in the workplace is necessary to develop a good working environment. There are many challenges that women face that have to do with structural inequality, or the sociocultural expectations. Besides many other areas of life where women face challenges, workplace is one of the main ones. There are different ways that businesses can promote women to gender equality. First way is to become aware of the gender inequality that exists in the workplace. Some other ways are providing equal pay and benefits for the same roles, equal opportunities for progress and promotion. Rethinking hiring practices and not tolerating gender discrimination.
